An event like you’ve never seen before! This dinner event is an interactive dining experience, where you explore, discover and learn the flair, behind the artistic food Burma Lane is renowned for.

  • You will be coached by contemporary artist Maria Al Zoubi, about colours, techniques and styles, while watching Maria create her own canvas masterpiece, as you enjoy an exquisite meal.
  • Our Head Chef, Justin Lush will then inspire and guide you through his techniques in artistic food presentation.
  • You’ll then be given a blank canvas (plate), to express, create and plate up your own dessert masterpiece, with prizes for the best work of art.

A unique chance to challenge your artistic skills, enjoy gorgeous, delectable dishes whilst having a fabulous time!

Beef tartare, kohlrabi cream, rice paddy herb, quail egg, paratha
